They double charged me but fixed the issue in a couple days

When I made 2x $500 purchases, they accidentally took $2,000 from my bank account. Of course I was furious because an extra $1,000 of my cash that I didn’t want to invest was suddenly gone. But I reached out to them and they forwarded the issue to their financial department within a day. The next day I received a couple emails saying they will credit my $1,000 within 2-4 business days and they acknowledged they double-charged me and apologized. They also said they would give me a $10 credit for inconvenience as well, which is very nice. Okcoin’s support was quick with response times and I am overall very pleased with their services. Their Earn program is one of the most competitive ones out there too and their fees are very very low. I honestly think they’re one of the top US exchanges rivaling Binance US and Coinbase. I see a lot of critical reviews about the verification of bank statements and them asking for a lot of personal information, but their US HQ is based in California which has tons of extra state laws on top of US federal laws. They need that information to comply with state/federal government regulations. Know Your Customer (KYC) is important for your own account security and also for their own business security!

Almost all my portfolio purchases here.

OkCoin is better than the rest primarily for two reasons:1. They list coins earlier than alot of exchanges (for Example Luna and Kadena) I was able to buy on here weeks if not months before some of the others. Additionally, they offer in app staking for lots of coins. I realize that lots of Crypto people prefer moving their funds to a non custodial wallet and staking directly, but I have checked alot of the rates for some of the staking and their rates are fair. For example you can lock TerraUSD on anchor protocol for ~19.5% and Okcoin offers in app staking at over 20%. So I am very satisfied for the most part, my only two requests/ criticisms are 1. Add Debit card support. I actually find it very inconvenient using ACH with OkCoin because they withdraw like 10 days after your purchase, I prefer my money to be withdrawn immediately.2. Please make your own debit card for customers to use like Bitpay, Voyager, and Coinbase. If you add this this would become my number one used crypto app.3. If you guys added a non custodial wallet feature that would make everything perfect.Keep up the good work thank you!-Satisfied Customer

Bad communication

If you want a app that has low prices for buying and selling of cryptocurrencies then here it is. But if you’re like me and you want to withdraw some of your fiat or transfer crypto to another wallet think twice. I had been using okcoin for a while just buying and selling within okcoin until I decided I needed some cash in my bank account. The same account that I had used to transfer money into okcoin. Thinking that since I was verified level two there shouldn’t be a problem. But when I tried to withdraw I found out that they hadn’t reviewed the additional information and I couldn’t until they had. They had received my additional information which was bank statements and utility bills several months ago. Now if this wasn’t enough because you would think that they would get right on it and take care of the problem. But no there answer was that they would get to it and wouldn’t give me a time frame. I’m just glad I didn’t need the for an emergency and could meet my obligations without it. When a person can’t get to their money when they want it there’s a serious problem! I guess cheap fees should have been a warning sign and not a reason to use there services.

比特币交易所有哪些？ - 知乎切换模式写文章登录/注册比特币交易所有哪些？币查查币圈企查查，查项目、查风险、查老板、查行情。很多朋友问我比特币怎么买？哪些平台购买比特币安全、靠谱？首先你得了解他们平台的兴衰史，还有这个市场机遇下的疯狂和风险，我着重写一下17、18年的牛熊！我先列一下，2019年交易量排名一直排在前三的交易所：火币、币安、okex。时代的兴起，总有那么些平台和币是鹤立鸡群的，我摘几个出来详细说，其他也点一下2011年就开始运营的平台是杨林科的比特币中国，是国内第一家交易比特币的平台这时间上线的还有韩林的比特儿，都是最早的一波搞比特币交易所的，比特儿一直都是山寨币之家，记得那时候有个创新区，有上百种不知名的币，但基本也没什么交易量当时世界最大的交易所是门头沟交易所（Mt.Gox），据说掌握80%的比特币交易量，后因三次黑客盗币、内部运营不当、不予玩家提币等因素，导致破产（也有人说是他们监守自盗，这个咱就不得而知了），这也促使14年币价暴跌的重大原因之一比特时代：老板黄天威，腾讯产品经理出身，13年比特币暴涨，开始做比特币资讯，同年9月转变成了一家交易所，也还带有媒体功能，那时候他的平台就上架了非常多种的山寨币，这时候的山寨币大都挖矿出的币，什么美卡币、安全币、悬赏币、时代币等，现在也还在。火币网：13年5月份，李林买了正式域名huobiwang，为了避开谐音“货币网”，确定注册公司名为火币网。OKcoin：徐明星，豆丁网CTO，13年退出建立了OKcoin，并拿到了创业工场和硅谷风险投资之父的Tim Draper100万美元的天使投资。13年的牛市，火币、OKEX、比特币中国都只交易比特币，而比特时代和比特儿都有山寨币的交易。14年暴跌后，基本都是各种想法子活着——OKCoin做互联网金融，火币做了财猫网，比特币中国做了矿池。1co的概念是13年开始的，14年7月的以太坊也是ico出来的，筹资1800万美元，简单说下ico的概念，就是线下募资（一般都是用比特币、以太坊来买这种币），再上二级市场交易，17年的牛市其实也是ico的牛市17年上半年国内最火的平台是比特时代，老板估计钱赚足了，比较求稳，后面ico那一波热度就没怎么参与，渐渐地平台热度就下去了，有听说他们公司总共人数才十几个，就算牛市也没超过20人，还有那会平台被盗币也有好几次，老板都没发声，默默的补了这个亏空而OKcoin和火币一直都只交易比特币、以太坊、莱特币这几种币6月份，比特币涨至历史高点2w美元后，各种ico的币开始活跃，上平台割韭菜，上线即最高价，例如，EOS（柚子，李笑来站台的币），ico初始价格是6块，上线交易所是27块，然后一路下跌，套了一大波人再比如，比特币中国杨林科打着比特币教父之称，发行了icocoin，上线5块，跌到了1.5块都是几十个亿的资金体量套人，最后市场缺乏资金，比特币也跌至底谷13000元总体市场的资金其实是增量的，但比特币需要上涨，外部资金进入不够，就会吸取山寨币的血，又加速市场内山寨币的下跌（韭菜高价接了，低价抛了，庄家高价抛了，低价接了，就这么个简单的轮回），而当比特币上涨至一阶段，同样会反补出资金进入山寨，而七八月份就是那么个1co作妖的时间段。期间，杨林科的icocoin，跌至1.5块后（筹码集中，庄控强），一直造势，圈子内出任1co会长；1co用icocoin，自己的平台上线了好几个项目，都是通过icocoin来募资；后又找中央电台主播在央视新闻做宣传，人气一时无二，成功的把币价推升到了11块，这可又套了一大波对他信仰的韭菜。再比如，比特币的分叉币BCH，也是一段故事，还记得刚上平台，是不能转币的，各个平台各玩各的，那时候上线第一家交易所是聚币网，当时分叉币的名字叫BCC，开盘是2000，1个小时不到跌到了300，后又涨到了9000，就一夜之间，真是让人吃惊。还有聚币网自己的小蚁（neo），有还记得那个犯事前1块买了10w小蚁的人吗，进去3个月后出来，发现自己翻了100倍后，录制的那个视频吗（真假事不论，但这个市场就有这么疯狂）当时最火的交易平台是聚币网、云币网、比特儿这三家交易所完全就像是赌场，那段时间，每个平台平均每天上线1-2种币，基本都是ico出来的（也有叫某某链），行情好的时候真就带来了疯狂，太多币上线，套人，触底，拉升，出货，都有几倍、十几倍的涨幅，身处那种环境，也真会让人红了眼。提一下还有一个新兴平台叫CEX，老板选择上线自己平台的币，眼光也非常独到，7、8月份上了他平台的币没有不涨的，当时号称金库，就这么个时候，赵长鹏于7月14号建立了币安。后面被套的人多了，举报的也就多了，各种事件的曝光和整个市场的高调，让监管来的更急、更严厉，8月份中旬便有消息要出文件禁令，猛地给市场泼了一盆冷水，市面上各种传闻（监管、抓人、清退），搞的大家都如惊弓之鸟、人人自危，恐慌的情绪持续蔓延，币价应声而落，每天的跌幅都能达到50%，恐怖如斯，至9月4号正式出文件，严令禁止一切ico，这短短半个月的时间，百分之90的币跌去百分之95，你100块的币，就只剩5块的本，像那icocoin，从最高的11块跌到了最低7毛，后因监管要求，以1块的价格退还给持币玩家，其中百分之七八十的ico的发币方都以募资价退给持币玩家，可知多少人接的都是十倍百倍涨幅的币，血一样的惨痛历史聚币网大跌也正是因为94，山寨币上的资金出逃，部分提现离场，还在市场上玩的绝大部分资金流入了比特币，也造就了17年底，18年初最后的疯牛监管的影响下，虽然未抓一人，但交易所若还存在，将面临清算，聚币、云币、比特儿、ok、火币纷纷关闭网站，说是将服务器移至国外，而其中币安完美的避开了当时的监管，一个原因是它一直都是币币交易，另一个原因是它服务器本就在国外，这就给币安创造了一个机会，一个独此一家完美接手用户的机会。也正是利用了这次大危机，转为了大红利，在其他平台关站这一个月，运营得当，便顺利坐上了第一交易所的宝座，甚至18年初最后的疯狂，整体交易额位居世界第一，远超在海外重建的ok、火币，市场上还流传一句话：上了币安的币就没少于1元的。18年初比特币一举上涨至2w美金附近，回调企稳，便又是山寨币作妖的时候，各平台都想卷土重来，而17年最风光的聚币、云币、比特儿因上了太多的ico，被清退了大部分玩家，就此没落，玩家寥寥原本失血的，还在这几个主流交易所交易的币，因筹码的集中，控盘强大，极速拉升，十倍、百倍，甚至千倍的涨，市场太过疯狂BCD，杨林科重新搞了比特币的另一个分叉币，之前持有10个icocoin的可以兑换一个bcd，以10块上线，最高达到过1000一个波场（站台是孙宇晨，瑞波也是他）：最低1毛，最高2元币安币（BNB）：币安的平台币，6毛到140期间ok和火币，也改变了策略，接受上新币，2个月的时间，都上新近百种山寨币，而这些山寨币就是被国内不允许的ico，这ico哪来的呢，就是被包装成国外的项目，融国内人的钱，上平台交易，这也便成了资金的一大来源明面上各平台都禁止rmb直接购买比特币和山寨币，但也有不怕死的，coinw平台就是能直接用支付宝、微信支付、银行卡购买比特币，事实上它还真就这么起来了，后来ok和火币也造了自己的交易方法：平台提供保障，玩家通过平台买卖币，通过支付宝和银行卡转账熊市来了后，大家都趴了，coinw也就彻底趴了再来说说今年，年初3400美元的比特币拉到了最高14000美元，来了一波小牛市，又出来了很多个平台作妖，狂拉不知名山寨币，像Fcoin（哦，算是去年的，熊市的一颗兴星，但今年就没见声音了）、中币网（其实也是老平台，只是感觉它不上不下，很尴尬，上面就没提）、抹茶（平台币很亮眼，拉了百来倍）。不管其他平台如何亮眼，交易量稳定排前三的就只有：火币、币安、OKEX。还有这个市场注水严重，刷交易额、造换手率，山寨大都没有K线，你只能信它十分之一。再补个信仰，下面2张图是2016年8月份和现在的对比，大多山寨币都在二次探底阶段。想知道各币种的持仓量、资金流入流出、交易额、换手率、市场贪婪指数、挖矿收益情况、资讯站等内容可以来币查查app（下载链接：http://download.bchacha.net/index.html）查询。啰嗦一句，已经进了这个市场的，想赚钱，就屯一点便宜的主流币，半年看一次，注意得用闲钱投，长线的话就比特币。发布于 2019-10-18 11:21虚拟货币比特币 (Bitcoin)比特币交易赞同 3添加评论分享喜欢收藏申请

OKCoin是中国一家加密货币交易所，成立于2013年。OKCoin 提供比特币、以太坊、莱特币、瑞波币等加密货币的交易和兑换服务，是中国交易量最大的加密货币交易所之一。[1]2021年1月4日，OKCoin将于暂停瑞波币交易和存入。[2]
